“Does anyone know the update on whether this is actually coming soon or if its sold out? I keep seeing mixed answers”

They put Coming Soon before they get any in stock, Sold Out is after they were in stock but now aren't. Though Best Buy has stated that occasionally their site bugs and shows as Coming Soon instead of Out of Stock.
