A lot of people are interested in this card and would love a chance to upgrade. At least they have a sale for the actual retail price of the card instead of jacking up the price.

Sometimes there are in-demand products like fidget spinners, beanie babies, pogs, pokemon cards, etc. and they get sold out quickly. Take a few deep breaths and chill. There will be even newer cards coming out in a few months so, I really wouldn't worry if you are unable to get a 30xx card. Pick a different card by Gigabyte and enjoy gaming.
