• I’m pretty sure you can download the app even though you don’t have Verizon. My friend has t mobile and has her daughter has the gizmo with Verizon.

• I have AT&T, and the app wouldn't work. They want to send a 2 step verification text to a Verizon device, which my phone isn't and which the Gizmo can't accept (not an approved number). But it's really easy to access the site from a PC or laptop with your account information.
