“When I call my grandaughter on her Gizmo watch I get a message the call cannot be completed because the line is busy. How do we fix this so she call call me and I can call her?”

• The Gizmo Watch cannot receive calls from a blocked number. Check your settings to make sure that your phone is set to "Show Your Caller ID". On an iPhone you'll find it under SETTINGS => PHONE => "Show My Caller ID"
