Make sure the Bose device has a "line in" connector and Google cast should work with it. You will need a 3.5mm connection cable, a 6" cable comes with, that plugs into GOOGLE Cast then to your device. (the same 3.5mm plug at each end) This cable comes in different lengths.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it can work on your BOSE system but you will need an adapter. The bose system has a digital optical toslink input as well as an analog RCA input. The chromecast audio has 1/8" stereo analog output as well as mini toslink output. You would need a mini toslink to toslink cable or a 1/8" stereo to RCA cable to make it work. They are both very inexpensive cables.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It looks like you can either connect using regular stereo aux cables or buying a 3.5mm jack to optical cable. For my Onkyo receiver I'm using the 3.5mm to optical and for the others I'm using aux cables.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You either need a 3.5mm to RCA (red/white RCA) adapter or a 3.5mm to Toslink adapter and you could then hook up using an optical cable, but yes, it should work with that setup.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If there is an aux-in, than it will work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Theyll work with anything that has optical in, RCA in or 3.5mm in.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think from looking up this unit on the internet, that it has two stereo RCA inputs. If that is correct, you would just need a 3.5mm to RCA cable. Another option if you were not utilizing the optical input for your tv, would be to use a toslink mini to toslink cable. That second option would sound nicer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have a surround system hooked in my media room and have had no issues using my chromecast with it. I am not sure if it puts out surround sound or not (I think it only puts out stereo audio). You shouldn't have an issue if this product connects with other media devices such as DVD players.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. As long as there is an 3.5mm connection (input) to connect the audio cable. also, you'll have to have a WiFi connection
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it will work great. You can plug it into either the Left/Right (white/red) analog inputs on the little Bose connection box, or plug it in to the Optical input, which ever one you are not using. In either case you will need to buy the correct cable, but that should be less than $15. Do it! You will love it.
