“How do I mirror live Video to chromesact using iPhones. Let’s say if I was to use my video/picture though my camera app so that could see “live” as to what my screen was seeing. I’m not interested in it actually recording.”

At this point, I’m pretty sure you can only mirror an iPhone using Apple TV. Chrome cast can mirror android devices.

They have disabled any products other than Android. It is not compatible with anything else by design

As far as I know, Chromecast can only mirror a Chrome browser tab. I suppose you could work around this by streaming live to an Internet site like Facebook, and then "Casting" the Facebook tab, in Chrome, to the Chromecast. Good luck.
