• Yes. As long as this is set up on the app and connected on the same wifi, Disney + chromecast should work. Even if it’s on the iPad, if the iPad is on the same WiFi as the chrome cast, you should be able to steam Disney + on your tv. (If chromecast is connected to your Samsung Tv)

• If your Samsung smart TV has an HDMI port, you can absolutely use Chromecast to stream Disney Plus to your TV from your iPad.
