“I want to Cast from my Samsung Tablet A to my TV which is in an RV, but I will not have WIFI and want to use Bluetooth to connect. Is this possible? I have setup the chromecast on my home WIFI.”

• At home it will work but it requires internet to work. For your solution I would recommend a plug in from your phone to an HDMI port so it will just display your screen.

• We had exactly this situation and the answer is no, this device doesn't work without internet. Look into the $29.99 Roku Stick. That one does work without internet.

• I recommend using your cell phone as a mobile Hotspot and test to see if the chromecast will recognize the internet provided by the mobile Hotspot. I have not tried this setup yet.
