How do you hear sound with these? null

Sound comes from phone speakers

You use headphones or turn the speaker up. I prefer to use headphones for a fully immersive experience.

Separate headphones or earbuds are recommended.

From the phone... This is just a nice soft headset with VR lenses and a remote. All the software part of it is in your phone.
