Does it broadcast in color null

It does color and night mode which is B&W, but you can control of you want night mode on automaticly, all the time, or off completely. Resolution is good and ot picks up sound crazy good.

If you're referring to the live feed or video recording, it is colored unless camera is in night vision. When night vision is on, video is streamed in black and white, even if there’s plenty of light in the scene.
