“How do I know when the camera is charging? I tried to plug it in continuously (with the provided plug) - but I keep on seeing the battery going down. When I took it out of the mount and plugged it in, there is no light.”

Make sure that when you plug the camera in with the provided cable, that the pins are connecting with the pin grooves on the camera plug in. If done correctly, the cable will be flush with the camera, and you will see a dot with a white light right above the camera lense.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure the cable is connected to the camera correctly. The cord sweeps towards the front of the camera, not towards the mount. If you are having trouble getting it to charge just rotate the connection at the camera 180 degrees.

With all product there is a certain percentage of ones with defects. Return it. Mine work completely fine. Once you figure out the wall outlet and charger that it came with are working good… You’ll here an audible chime from the camera and a green light.
