“How do you recharge the battery? Can I take it down or off from outside for recharging or is the battery not removable and have to charge it with cable in the spot it’s in?”

The Google Home app shows you how much time you have left until your battery will need to be charged, and the app will also notify you once the camera needs to charge. Simply remove it from the magnetic mount or stand and charge it using the USB-C charging cable. If you have to charge the battery more often than you’d like, you might want to consider connecting your camera to a power outlet with the included or optional power adapter. Connecting to continuous power will keep the battery charged.
