Yes you can. Add additional cameras when ever you like. Simple set up.

You can add cameras as needed. I started with one and just added a second. They do sell a 3 pack at a discounted price.

You can buy one and add as many as you want at a later date. Its actually painless to add new cameras to the system right from the app. Just snap the QR code on the back of the camera and *poof* new camera is added.
