• Yes and no, If is day light, yes. If is at night, no.

• The Nest Cam Outdoor streams at 1080p, however when zoomed in, it can lose some of this quality in the process. The Nest Cam Outdoor IQ streams in 1080p but uses a 4k color sensor, so when you zoom in the quality remains at 1080p.
