Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We do not recommend cutting the power cable and splicing it into existing 120V wiring. The Nests power adapter outputs 15V DC, 1.87A to the Nest Cam to remain powered as designed, so connecting this directly to 120V could damage the Nest Cam and void the warranty.
