Once mounted, is there a way to keep in a fixed position so will not move? What is to stop someone (aka.. a "bad" person) from simply moving the camera out of desired position? null

Bob, the camera can be moved with some firm hand force; there is no included method of securing the position. It cannot be knocked off of the mount as the previous Nest outdoor camera. I needed two hands to rotate and pan the camera to get the desired angle. That should deter easy movement.

Install it so they can’t move it. High out of reach. 
Also have a cam looking at another cam no blind spots
