• Nest cameras can detect motion as long as they can have a clear vision. Specifically Nest Cam IQ Outdoor has a vision of up to 50 feet at night. Amount of notifications you get depends on your settings. You can change the settings to get all the alerts or only some of them. • You can set Zones on it to trigger alarms only in the zone. Otherwise it will trigger alarms within its viewing range as specified.
