• Yes. You can go to nest.com, sign in, and access your cameras there, as well as control the various settings.

• Yes, you can access the live feed and camera settings using a computer browser on your laptops. From a browser, you can visit home.nest.com and log into the site with your account credentials. You can also go through the setup using a computer browser (preferably Google Chrome browser) for Nest Cam Outdoor.
