“The specifications say the camera can be used to -4°F, has anyone had any issues with the camera below those temperatures? I live in the Midwest and while it's not very often we see temps colder than that it does seem to happen a couple times per winter.”

Nest Cam Outdoor has been tested to operate normally within the temperature range of -4°F and 113°F (-20°C and 45°C). Under any temperature outside this range, you may see a drop in the video stream quality.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Live in Michigan and have had very cold weather. The weather was below that temperature a few days. I did not notice any loss of service - but the wi-fi was slower received a few device is off messages. I am not sure how to resolve that specifically - and do not know if the cold was the issue - but got an Orbi whole home network and all speeds thru the home are improved and notice no stops in external Nest Cam - even in cold - but not gotten to -4 yet with Orbi. More as I see if any effect.
