“Is the camera in a fixed position or can it be moved from the app? I understand it is wide angle but there are times I would like to move the direction of the camera to look at a different position quickly and remotely.”

The camera can’t be moved remotely using the app. If you want to change the camera’s view, you have to adjust the camera’s position by hand. You can use the Home app to check the camera’s view so you can adjust the position from the mounting magnet if you need to. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The camera gets its power by way of a cord connected to the floodlight. You can change the direction the camera is pointing by hand, but irrespective of that it needs to be connected to the floodlight for power.
