• 110v wiring is typical for any outlet or home light. You could simply add a cord with a plug at one end

• There’s no option to plug the floodlight in but to hardwire and install a junction box. The Nest Cam with Floodlight is designed to replace an existing floodlight and requires a connection to your home’s power that provides 100-240V AC, 50/60Hz. For new installations, it may require additional hardware. You can contact a pro if you want to install the floodlight in an area that doesn’t have an existing power connection, and/or if you need a junction box installed.
