So to add more clarity to my question: I would like to know if only motion detection by the Hello, and not a solid push of the button, can be used as the event to trigger the Hello camera to overtake the Home Hub's display? In other words, I want to see the camera view on the Hub display when only motion has been detected, no button push on the doorbell required. Thanks!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, you should be able to. I have a google home mini so I do not have the hub screen. However, I was able to choose notification options and the google home hub will verbally alert me when someone has rung the doorbell. If you have the hub it will show you a picture as well of the front door if you chose that option.
