I do not believe you can. I use Nest thermostats for the hot water heating system and Honeywell smart thermostats for the Central Air. This isn't because of a defect in the nest, it is that each requires a dedicated thermostat. You could add two nest thermostats and name each one for the system it controls to enable simple control from your smart phone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe so. You can add as many sensors (thermostats placed in other areas a away from your main thermostat) as you need. When you first setup your nest it'll ask you your heating type (I'm assuming that's what a hot water boiler is :)). I hope this answers your question.
