• The activity sensor on these are very finicky. Recommendation, always tap the thermostat if you want to interact with it. It should run even if it does not think you are standing in front of it.

• I had had this problem from time to time and I’ve noticed that if you wave rapidly it doesn’t pick it up sometimes and sometimes if it’s dirty it won’t pick it up either
