Call and ask. Amazon has install services available in many areas. I found it very easy to replace my old thermostat myself and you can probably find a video tutorial on YouTube that will cover the process.

It is very easy to install yourself. Follow the directions that come with the unit. The Best Buy Geek Squad or any furnace guy should be able to install no matter where you live.

If you watch the Youtube video and follow the instructions it's not that difficult to install and the tools needed are included. If you have any difficulty customer service is great. A suggestion, after you watch the video, you can call customer support and they will guide you through the process. Good luck!
