When you say "compatible", I assume you mean: "Will it connect to and use the current sensors?" The answer to that is NO. Nest uses its own system to connect wirelessly to the Nest sensors that come with the starter kit. You can buy more individually to place throughout your home. The Nest sensors do not require wiring your home to connect them together.

The Nest communicates only with its own wireless Detects for securing entryways such as doors and windows, as well as utilizing motion detection to keep your home secure.
