It will turn on t 69. It doesn't show 1/2 degrees, only full numbers. From my own experience.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't have a specific answer - my guess is that it is about 2 degrees. What I have noticed is that it does less thrashing - on-then-off-then-on again then my older programmable thermostat did.
