• Yes and no. There is a dedicated fan icon in the Nest app allowing you to turn just the fan on, or off. The schedule only offers cool or heat modes. Maybe Nest will offer this option in a future update of the app.

• Mine only has fan control however I believe each system is different so I'd recommend checking their site to see and comparing it to what you have in your home for wiring, hopefully it helps
