“Best Buy says this has an integrated modem & router in the specs, however, all information i've found, even on Google, lists it as only a Router. So is Best Buy incorrect? Or am I misinterpreting this spec on Best Buys website?”

Hey there. The Nest Wifi Pro is only a router. It does not have an integrated modem. You'll need to connect your internet service provider (ISP)'s modem to the Nest Wifi Pro to provide internet connectivity to your devices.
