- Answer You would need the European model for a physical sim card. US model is esim only. Also you would need to work w/ the specific carrier for the proper Sim card.

- Answer Yes you can. Telcel is the carrier I use in Mexico (I reside in Mexico btw) and it all works just fine.

- Answer I am not sure. It is an Android without a physical SIM card. However, you can transfer data from your old iPhone through a digital transfer.
