Best Buy sold out of both the just black and black and white XL pre-order units on 10/4. If you pre-ordered it you'll receive more information on 10/19 or shortly after 10/19. The black and white XLs are in very high demand. The earliest date I've seen for the black and white XL was through the Google store with a shipment date of 10/23. Most others are getting shipment dates in November.
