Yes you can. You can just go in to your My Verizon account and your device and then pay off the balance and port your number out after you pay it off.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can pay it off early. But you cannot bring it to another carrier. I know the Google store sells them unlocked. I'm not sure if Best Buy sells them unlocked.
