Yes, you can. All pixel 3 are SIM UNLOCKED, which means you can use it with any carrier. The Verizon version just has the bootloader LOCKED which makes it harder to root. If you don't plan to root the phone then the Verizon version is essentially the same as the google store version.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My understanding is that Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL are exclusive to Verizon. They are the only US carrier for the new Pixel phones. I don't think paying full price lets you avoid Verizon as they have an exclusive partnership.
