• It does stream Hulu and Netflix. As for the 4K I’m not sure since the screen is QHD+ and not full 4K resolution.

• The Pixel 3 has a HDR screen that is fully capable of 4K streaming. We are just currently waiting for Netflix to certify it as a HDR capable device which usually takes a couple months after a device is released.
