No, but you don't need it. Pictures/videos are all stored for free via the Cloud with Google so you save all of that space. If you download lots of music get the 128 but otherwise a 64 is all you will ever need

No expandable memory on Pixels because cheaper SD cards cause performance degradation. Pixels do give you unlimited space for photos and videos, though.
