“Can I get a run down of how it works to buy a phone through Best Buy when you have verizon? I usually go to my local verizon store to get my phone updated but I am interested in the offer and so I don't know how it works.”

Super easy. Just take your DL to Best Buy mobile counter.. tell them what you would like. And normally within 30 min you are done. We only go to Best Buy because they normally have incentives like gift cards etc. It is super easy.

They will access your account (make sure you have your Verizon info like phone #, ID, social, etc), they will activate the phone and what not, then you’ll sign paperwork if paying monthly for the phone then you’re all set. Pretty easy process and the same as doing it at Verizon. Only down side is you pay the $30 activation fee up front at Best Buy instead of it being on your next bill at Verizon. Besides that it’s the same.
