• I have AT&T and it works great on the unlocked Pixel 4 Xl.

• No problems at all. I had a Galaxy S7 on at&t and just swapped the Sim card into this device and it worked without any problems

• No you shouldn't, but if you got it at Best buy just have them sell you a Sim card in case the one you have doesn't work awhile your there.
