• Hi k, if you purchase the unlocked United States SKU it will be compatible with many USA carriers including Boost Mobile.

• You should be able to to connect it to any Carrier if the phone is unlocked

• I don't believe that you can since Sprint/Boost are a bit strange with what devices are allowed on their network. However, you can try Google Fi - like Boost Mobile, it uses Sprint towers, but also adds in T-Mobile and US Cellular for overall better coverage and pricing (includes international roaming).
