Hi k, if you purchase the unlocked United States SKU it will be compatible with many USA carriers including Boost Mobile.

You should be able to to connect it to any Carrier if the phone is unlocked

I don't believe that you can since Sprint/Boost are a bit strange with what devices are allowed on their network. However, you can try Google Fi - like Boost Mobile, it uses Sprint towers, but also adds in T-Mobile and US Cellular for overall better coverage and pricing (includes international roaming).
