• No FM radio included in the Pixel 4a, but you can use TuneIn or any other radio station streaming app. Of course, this uses wifi or cellular data to function.

• I do not believe they do. You could probably use online radio apps instead (which may require a subscription after a free trial). I've been using other music services like Google Play Music, Spotify, and Amazon Music.
