• I believe that tethering is a feature which is provided by your phone service provider. You should be able to tether from this device as far as I can tell.

• Tethering is service which generally is provided by your cell phone network carrier. If you have tethering with your current carrier, their should be no problem with tethering your data to another device which you own. Hope this helps you.
