• Yes, the Pixel and Pixel do not have a SIM lock. You can put in a non-Verizon SIM card and the phone will work just fine. However, the Pixel and Pixel XL phones from Verizon (for whatever reason) are shipped with the BOOTLOADER locked. This means you can't flash a custom ROM on the phone.

• I can't confirrm that it will work sims from other countries (depends on bandwidths) but I can absolutely confirm that putting a T-Mobile sim into this phone will work. Sorry couldn't give you a better answer!

• This model is branded/for verizon. It "may" work with other carriers overseas. Personally, I wold just buy the unlocked one. It's the same price.

• No. At this moment, the release in the U.S. is only for Verizon network. But I have a feeling they would be releasing this for International users in the near future.
