• Many stores will, but they may charge you for the service. You can transfer the data on your own with the included cable or wirelessly. Please note the wireless option takes quite a bit longer.

• They provide you with a cable that can link both phones and the phone will prompt you to copy the data and apps from the old phone to the new. My phone list was doubled because it synced with Gmail and copied the list from my phone - so I had two of everything!
