On Best Buy website: Model:GA03457-US for the Pixel 7 Pro But I am not sure if this model (UNLOCKED), Activate LATER is the same that Google Store has with SN: GE2AE I need an UNLOCKED version with Sub-6 and mmWave bands, all of them Any idea if its the same model?

They said the info isn't publicly absolutely but that the Pixel 7 Pro model being sold is the GE2AE model from Google, which according to their tech specs page (https://store.google.com/product/pixel_7_pro_specs?hl=en-US) is indeed the mmwave version.
