No option to trade in my old phone? null

Don't trade. My pixel had issues, and best buy would not give me any money back for my trade, and wanted to dock me another $50 less in cash I also paid them! Had to resell on ebay and only got $605 back out of the whole deal. Paid best buy $850 with tax.
