How do I change my playstore email address null

You change your play store email in google play account settings.

If you mean by account, click on your profile picture the circle on the top right of your screen, and then go to the bottom where it says "switch accounts." If you mean by email address, you can't change your current email address since it is associated with a Google account (your current email address)
