• That's odd bobthebuilder I have always had the opposite happen, I get my card emailed immediately here but Amazon takes 24 hours and sometimes locks me out of my account. Bob I'd build myself a call to customer service

• Happened to me once as well. I called and as she was lookinto it she said the code was sent. I opened my email and there it was.
