• Yes.. this package provided the chromecast ultra and the Stadia controller. I still cast from my phone to tv using this new setup.

• Yes you can, it is still a chromecast device except it can support stadia.

• The (included) Chromecast Ultra acts just like a normal Chromecast and has all the same 'casting' functionality, with the benefit of supporting 4k content (among other tech details)
