Yes there are USB-C to 3.5mm Audio adapters that you could use to pair your note 10 with wired earphones.

Got this adapter for only $12.99 made by Google. I'm sure if you searched on the internet, you could a copycat for cheaper...but it wouldn't be as good quality as this one is.
