• I'm not sure what you mean. There's no data plan with this, it uses your existing home internet connection. This is a wireless router just like a Netgear or Linksys.

• I have ATT U U-verse and get download speeds up to 26Mbps and Upload speeds up to 5 Mbps. I'm not sure what you mean by how many GB do you get as this is a wireless internet router system not a storage or memory device.

• I measured the WiFi signal with WiFi SweetSpots app on my iPad. When I stand next to the router the signal is more than 1Gbps. In other Room it could drop up to 60 Mbps.
